Sandra Messer is the house fairy! I told her exactly what we wanted and she found it exactly!!! She helped me through the process from start to finish. I had no idea what to do or where to start. Brody is extremely inattentive. I finally got tired of calling him, begging him to take my money on a cash deal on his listing where he could have taken dual agency and both sides of the commission. Should have been super easy but it's been months of chasing this guy down. I give up
