I was recently represented by John Patson of Dwell Realty as a buyer of a vacant lot. The sellers, who used a MLS listing service, were unrepresented and set a very modest commission. We encountered some complicated issues during due diligence which led me to cancel the contract. John was able to successfully re-negotiate the contract which led to a successful closing. Despite the limited commission and the difficulties we encountered during due diligence, the service I received from John was prompt, courteous, diligent and professional. I cannot recommend him and Dwell Realty highly enough. A job well done!
